Origin maintains several Slack channels for you for support. Rather than going to an individual, these channels are intended to get you answers more quickly (because a team can triage your question or support needs vs the individual you may have slacked directly).
- #accounting-help - for questions related to accounting, such as Ramp, Travel Expenses, Invoice Questions, Vendor Inquiries, or anything you might reach out to Jennifer for previously
- #ask_hr - for any and all HR requests.
- #ask-marketing - for any design requests or marketing needs/ideas
- #billing - for questions/help related to all things billing!
- #it-help - for help related to onboarding / offboarding, hardware, email, Okta, or other tech access issues.
- Product support ticket - for help related to Healthie, scheduling, HEP, Penciled, or other tech platforms! This is where you would report issues and bugs, too.
