• We will continue to provide opportunities for in-clinic Providers to treat virtual patients consistently. The opportunity is based on the needs of Origin and patient demand.
  • The intent of the virtual day for hybrid Providers is not to see "virtual-only" patients but rather supplement your current caseload by offering hybrid plans of care, which we know has incredible benefits to outcomes.
  • To add a virtual day to your schedule (and be entirely offsite for the day), you must build your virtual caseload until you have a full day of patient visits. This means that you will take virtual appointments in the clinic until you have consolidated and built your virtual caseload. Once you have a consistent virtual day caseload, approval from your Clinical Director and the Head of Clinics, you can work remotely for that day.
  • To continue with a virtual day, you must maintain an average utilization of 70% on your virtual day for each quarter. If over the course of a quarter your utilization drops below 70% on your virtual day, you will have a conversation with your Clinical Director about how to increase your virtual utilization to maintain your virtual day, or return to treating patients within the clinic. The exception would be if the clinic has no space to return to in-person care
