- FRIDAY: ALL Hourly Employees - you are required to, every Friday, submit your own timecards.
- FRIDAY: ALL EMPLOYEES - expense reports are required to be submitted for the following week no later than Friday. Expenses submitted after the Friday before payday will be paid out in the next pay period**.**
- MONDAY: Managers / Supervisors - you are required to, every Monday, approve your timecards, ensure your employees have submitted their own timecards, and approve all time off, and expense reports (or send them back to employees with comments if you are unable to approve).
