Changing Options

• If you want to change your Option, you must provide an 8-week notice in order for your Clinical Director to change your schedule. Some changes can be accommodated sooner, based on the Clinic's needs.
• For Bonus Purposes: the new Option will start at the beginning of the bonus period (regardless of when you change Options - bonuses cannot be prorated for two different Options during a bonus period). The Option that you start the month in will be the Option your bonus is calculated on for that month.

Maintaining Options

• To continue with your Option, you must maintain an average minimum utilization for each quarter. This minimum is based on the needs of the Clinic and will be communicated to you at the beginning of each quarter by your Clinical Director. If you do not meet this minimum threshold you will have a conversation with your Clinical Director about how to increase your utilization to maintain your Option, or change to another Option depending on the demand of the clinic.
