Leave Of Absence

<aside> 💡 Leave of absence rules are complex and may differ based on the type of leave you take and the state where you work. Review the information below, followed by contacting the People Team and your Supervisor to apply for a leave of absence. The People Team will deploy the leave of absence request form through Rippling and in addition, if appropriate, require that you provide certification signed by a medical provider. We ask that you provide at least 30 days advance notice from start of leave, when practical.
